Most of us lose money in quiet ways. A contract renews because nobody noticed the deadline. A standing order runs weekly instead of monthly. A subscription keeps charging months after you cancelled it. The evidence is in your bank statements, but nobody has time to read them line by line.

Life Admin reads them for you.

What it does

• Finds payments that shouldn't happen: something paid twice in a month, a standing order running too often, a payment after a contract ended, or an amount that doesn't match the contract.
• Spots subscriptions you forgot: payments that repeat regularly but match no contract you've recorded.
• Shows the last day to cancel every contract, worked out from its notice period, so renewals stop catching you out.
• Compares your contracts and offers: where to compare each one, and, from a comparison result or a quick search, what an offer would really cost against what you pay now.
• Turns insurance costs into plain numbers: the costs an insurer must state before you sign, converted into euros over the years.
• Answers your questions in a chat: "Am I paying anything twice?", "Why was October higher?", "When can I cancel my phone contract?"
• Gives you a monthly view of your spending, with a short written review of each month, and a picture of your savings rate and emergency fund.

How it works

1. Import your bank statement (CSV), contracts, invoices or screenshots.
2. Review what was read. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
3. See the overview, the issues and the deadlines, and ask questions whenever you like.

• Your data stays on your computer. There's no cloud database.
• Account numbers, card numbers, contract numbers and names are hidden before the AI sees anything.
• The AI can only read. It can't change, send or pay anything.
• Every number is calculated by the app, not guessed by the AI.
